Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

⚠️ Shipping Delays & Exceptions
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location or circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or severe weather conditions.
Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery updates depend on the carrier’s tracking system.
📍Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. The shipping address entered during checkout will be considered the final delivery address for the order, so we strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before placing an order.
Our shipping partners will make reasonable delivery attempts to deliver the package to the provided address. In some situations, delivery may not be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete address, missing apartment or unit number, refusal of delivery, the recipient being unavailable, or the package not being collected from a pickup location.
When this occurs, the carrier may mark the shipment with statuses such as “Delivery Attempted”, “Return to Sender”, or “Undeliverable.”
Packages that are refused or left unclaimed by the recipient will be treated as undeliverable shipments.
Please note that these situations occur outside of Celinva’s control and are not considered an error on our part.
If the carrier confirms that delivery was attempted or the package was made available for pickup, this will be considered a valid delivery attempt by the logistics network.
If the shipment is returned within the carrier’s network under one of these statuses, customers may request a reshipment once the package has been processed through the carrier’s return system.
In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply. These fees are charged by the carrier for handling and transporting the package again and are not imposed by Celinva.
Orders returned to the carrier due to delivery issues are not eligible for a refund.
Lost Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and final delivery are managed by the carrier’s network.
Celinva is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier operations. In the event a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policy.
If you believe your shipment may be delayed or lost, please contact our support team so we can assist with tracking and next steps.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional service that helps protect your order during transit against situations such as loss, theft, or damage while the package is being shipped to you.
If Shipping Protection is selected at checkout and your package is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, our support team will assist in resolving the issue according to the applicable circumstances.
Please note that Shipping Protection is a service fee related to the shipping process and is non-refundable once the order has been processed. This fee cannot be refunded even if the order is returned, canceled after shipment, or refunded for any reason.
If a return is approved under our return policy, refunds will apply only to the product price, excluding:
- Shipping Protection
- Original shipping costs
- Any additional service fees
