What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers technical or manufacturing defects that occur under normal use, starting from the shipping date of your order.
It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors (e.g., drops, water exposure).
- Normal wear and tear or aging of materials.
- Issues resulting from modification, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
If your case falls outside of this coverage, please refer to our Replacement Policy for further assistance.
How to Request Warranty Service

2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
3. Our team will assess your request and confirm whether it qualifies for a replacement or repair under warranty.
Please note: Items returned or shipped without prior approval will not be accepted under this warranty.
